Why there's a review step (and no instant checkout): the price is fixed and shown on each tier above — $390 for the standard report — so there's no surprise at the end. We hold the card charge until a human has read your stack for one reason: so we can catch a stack the engine genuinely can't model and tell you before you pay, not after. You submit → we email a payment link (Lemon Squeezy card, or a bank-wire invoice for batch/enterprise) within 1 business day → the report lands within 48 hours of payment. What protects you while you wait: nothing is charged on this form — you only pay when you click the link we email. When you do, the card runs through Lemon Squeezy, the licensed merchant of record (the same checkout used by thousands of software sellers); it — not us — appears on your statement, handles tax, and processes refunds. And if we don't deliver, or the report doesn't match the scope we agreed, you get a full refund (the exact windows are in the terms) — the fee is the whole relationship, so there's nothing for us to gain by dragging it out.
You never need to put exact numbers in this form. The form only needs enough to price and scope your report — rounded figures work fine, as long as you enter the full dollar amount the way each field's greyed example shows: a $6.0M cap as 6000000 (not "6"), a $512,000 SAFE as 500000. We square up the exact terms with you before any report is built. Here's how your details are handled: they go straight to our own inbox over an HTTPS connection, we never store them in a database, we never sell, share, or publish them, and we delete the intake email once your report ships. Want an NDA first? Just ask — we'll sign yours before you send a single real figure, and for live-deal / rush orders we suggest it by default. To be transparent about the plumbing: the form reaches our inbox via a third-party relay (FormSubmit), so it arrives as ordinary email rather than through an end-to-end-encrypted portal — that's the one reason we suggest rounding or redacting the exact figures here and confirming them with us afterward.
