Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Effective 18 July 2026. By ordering a report from RoundEconomics you agree to these terms.

What the service is

RoundEconomics prepares a bespoke, written analytical report that converts the SAFE / convertible-note stack you provide across the priced-round scenarios you specify: a pro-forma cap table, per-instrument conversion (cap vs discount vs MFN), an ownership waterfall, a stacking-warning map, and market-terms benchmarks from public sources. Delivered as a document, by email.

What the service is not

RoundEconomics is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or law firm. It does not introduce investors, solicit securities transactions, or take success fees. Nothing it produces is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, a valuation opinion, or a securities recommendation. Figures are derived from the inputs you give and standard, public cap-table algebra; they are not warranted for accuracy, and you agree to have your own securities counsel verify every figure against your executed documents before relying on it or signing anything.

Delivery

After confirmed payment, we deliver the report by email within 48 hours (Boardroom / batch orders: 24-hour priority). If we fail to deliver within 5 business days of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee for that report.

Refund policy

The report is a custom digital deliverable prepared specifically for you. Our refund terms:

Before we begin / before delivery. You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before we have delivered the report to you.
After delivery. Because the deliverable is a custom digital work created to your specification, it cannot be "returned" once delivered, so we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after receiving it.
Our own check comes first. Before we send any report, the engine runs an automated invariant check that every ownership table reconciles to exactly 100.00% and that each instrument's conversion re-derives from your stated inputs — you should not have to audit the arithmetic yourself. The error window below is a backstop, not your first line of defence.
If something is wrong. If the delivered report contains a computational error against the inputs you submitted, or materially fails to match the scope you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we will correct and re-deliver it at no charge, or — if we cannot make it right — refund the fee for that report.
Non-delivery. If we do not deliver within 5 business days of confirmed payment, you get a full refund (see Delivery above).
If the engine can't model your stack. If after payment we determine the engine genuinely cannot model the instruments you submitted (for example, a structure outside standard SAFE / note / priced-round mechanics), we will tell you and issue a full refund — you don't have to prove anything. In practice we try to flag this before you pay.

To request a refund or a correction, email inha.journey@gmail.com with your order details within the window above. We reply within 1 business day and return approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processor timing).

Payment

Payment is handled by a third-party processor (e.g. Lemon Squeezy for card payments, or a bank invoice for batch / enterprise orders). We never see or store full card numbers.

Your inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide. The report models what you enter; it cannot see terms in an executed document you did not capture. Garbage in, garbage out — which is why counsel verification is a condition of use.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoundEconomics' total liability arising from the service is limited to the fee you paid for the report in question. RoundEconomics is not liable for decisions you make, or fail to make, in reliance on a report; the report is an input to your own judgment and your advisers', not a substitute for either.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your order, at the effective date shown above.
