Privacy Policy

RoundEconomics is a one-person analytical-reporting operation. This policy explains, in plain terms, what data you share with us, why, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email inha.journey@gmail.com and ask.

What we collect

• Cap-table inputs you enter — share counts, SAFE/note principals, caps, discounts, scenario assumptions. On the home-page calculator these stay in your browser; nothing is sent to us unless you submit an order or use the optional "email me this breakdown" box.
• Contact and order details — your name (optional), email, company name, and the stack/scenarios you submit when you order a report or request a breakdown by email.
• Basic analytics — aggregate, privacy-friendly page-visit counts via Vercel Web Analytics. This does not use cookies to track you across sites and does not build an advertising profile.

How the data reaches us

Order and email-capture forms are relayed to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email relay. Your submission passes through their servers to reach our email. We do not run our own database — submissions live in our email account and in the report files we prepare for you.

Why we use it

• To prepare and deliver the report or breakdown you asked for.
• To reply to your questions and send payment instructions.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

How long we keep it

We keep order correspondence and the inputs behind a delivered report for as long as needed to support you and to meet basic record-keeping obligations, then delete it on request. Ask us to delete your data any time and we will, unless we are legally required to retain a record of a transaction.

Third parties

• FormSubmit — form relay (see their privacy terms at formsubmit.co).
• Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• A payment processor — when you pay, a card processor (e.g. Lemon Squeezy) or bank handles the transaction; we never see or store full card numbers.

Your choices

You can use the calculator without giving us anything. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — email inha.journey@gmail.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), we honor requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes affecting existing orders will be emailed to the address on file.
